Cool Record Players accepts all returns within 30 days. We do not ship outside of the USA. International orders should deal with Crosley directly.

Crosley has a 90 day Warranty. Please follow the instructions on the warranty card or contact Crosley directly at 1-800-926-7801.
If an item is returned because the customer no longer wants it, the customer will be refunded the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
When you submit your order, please allow 1-2 minutes for your order to process. Do not hit the back button or your order will process twice!
It is a good idea to save the box your record player was shipped in, the packaging will prevent damage to the product in case of a return.
