Cool Record Players accepts all returns within 30 days. We do not ship outside of the USA. Please Contact AJ Szozda for details on returns. 419-266-6788
 
If an item is returned because the customer no longer wants it, the customer will be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
 
We do not refund shipping costs.
 
Crosley has a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all of its products. Crosley will repair or replace a defective unit up to one year after purchase. Customers will have to pay to have the product shipped to Crosley and include a check for 19.95 to cover the return shipping. Consult your Crosley warranty card, included in each package, for further information. You can reach Crosley customer support at, 1-800-926-7801 or crosleysupport@crosleyradio.com.
 
Grace Audio has a 1 year manufacturers Warranty on all of its products. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Contact Grace at (866) 446-0961, for more details.
 
When you submit your order, please allow 1-2 minutes for your order to process. Do not hit the back button or your order will process twice!
 
It is a good idea to save the box your record player was shipped in, the packaging will prevent damage to the product in case of a return.
